Dariva.co trains community counsellors, opens digital access to mental wellness, and rewards care work so that prevention becomes practical.
The Challenge
In many Namibian communities, professional mental health support is scarce and stigma runs deep. Dariva.co exists to close that gap.
In Namibia, Africa, access to professional mental health support is limited. Community-based prevention is the most practical path to wider wellness.
Stigma, isolation, and lack of emotional vocabulary prevent people from speaking about pain early — when care is most effective.
Many communities lack access to basic emotional literacy, stress management, and referral knowledge that could prevent crisis.
Without trained local counsellors and connected referral pathways, people fall through the gaps between informal care and professional help.
Our Solution
Dariva.co combines training, digital access, and economic opportunity into one integrated system — making prevention practical and sustainable.
We train community counsellors in mental wellness foundations, GBV awareness, facilitation, and ethical care practices.
Digital tools link trained counsellors, community members, records, referrals, and continuous learning into one accessible system.
An incentive-based model creates dignified income pathways for care work while keeping prevention and trust at the centre.
Our Impact
Every metric represents real people gaining real access to mental wellness.

How It Works
Four stages that turn motivation into capable, supported community care.
Community members train in mental wellness foundations, emotional literacy, GBV awareness, safeguarding, and referral skills.
Graduates facilitate peer sessions, build trust, strengthen relationships, and learn when to refer people for additional care.
Trained counsellors serve their communities through digital and in-person channels, supported by ongoing mentorship and supervision.
Care work becomes a dignified pathway to income, leadership, and lasting community impact — creating a self-sustaining wellness ecosystem.
